ACTFL 2025 Hotel Reservation Information

For best availability and immediate confirmation, make your reservation online. All hotel requests are processed on an availability basis. Please note that Maritz is ACTFL’s official housing company. Also, please note that no one will contact you directly via phone/email to book your hotel rooms(s) or offer you a “special discounted conference rate”. There are multiple scamming companies that call and/or email exhibitors claiming to represent ACTFL housing. To be clear, these companies are in no way affiliated with ACTFL. Please disregard any calls or emails you may receive.

Room Rates
To take advantage of the special ACTFL rates listed below, you must book your reservation by Tuesday, October 28, 2025. After this date, ACTFL room blocks will be released, and hotels may charge higher rates.
Acknowledgement of Reservation
A reservation acknowledgement is sent immediately after you have completed the reservation process by entering a valid credit card for Guarantee via the Website. If you book your reservations via phone, you will be emailed a Secure Link into your reservation to add your credit card information as the Call Center cannot accept credit card information over the phone. If any nights in your reservation are waitlisted, you will not receive an acknowledgement until all nights are confirmed. Otherwise, if you do not receive your acknowledgement, please contact ACTFL@maritz.com. Please note: You will not receive a written confirmation from the hotel.
Credit Card Guarantee
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking your reservation. Should a credit card not be provided upon exiting the website, the reservation will automatically be cancelled. The credit card will be used to hold your reservation for guarantee only – this is true for what Maritz will do with the information, but it’s up to each individual hotel as to whether they will charge a deposit when they receive the rooming lists. Credit cards must be valid through December 2025.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid loss of one night’s room and tax. Early departures and no shows are subject to a penalty fee set by the hotel.
Changes/New Reservations Cutoff
Continue to use ACTFL Housing for new reservations, changes, and cancellations until October 28, 2025. After November 1, 2025, new reservations, changes, and cancellations must be directed to your confirmed hotel.
Special Request
For special requests, please make a note under “Additional Room Requests” when you are creating your hotel reservation. These requests are not guaranteed. Hotels will assign specific room types upon check-in, based on availability.
Hotel Suites
If you are interested in booking a hotel suite, please book a standard room for the dates that are needed and then complete the online suite request form. All suite sales must be approved by ACTFL. Suites are based on the hotel’s availability and rates being offered at that time.
